When assembled just pull the plunger and the liquid will be released onto the floor through the brush or pad. Often used to scrub floors off when stripping a floor back prior to applying another coat of floor polish. This system is also used in kitchen or changing areas to scrub and clean the 'Altro' or 'safety' flooring that does not have a floor polish.
