Our roller towel units can be serviced as often as needed, whether that’s every week, every two weeks or once a month. We also can leave you with a spare towel should you wish. This allows you to change them over if you need to, which can significantly reduce the time that the unit could be out of use.
All our service operators are fully trained and CRB checked offering peace of mind to you and your visitors.
For continuity and ease of reference, you will be allocated a dedicated service operator who will be your ongoing contact, and the person who returns to service your unit each time as agreed. This is our preferred method as we find that this makes for the best experience.
