A water rinseable non volatile blend of penetrating solvents and detergents for gloss and emulsion paints and solvent soluble inks on carpets and fabrics. Clear solvent with aromatic fragrance.
This product will work on hardened varnish, paint etc and can be used on carperts and upholstery. Make sure you wear black neoprene gloves to protect your skin from the solvent.
