What happens to the waste?
The offensive and hazardous waste we collect is disposed of in the correct manner. Either at The Royal Wolverhampton Hospital incineration site or Tradebe Healthcare Ltd.
Are your units brand new?
Yes all our customers receive brand new units; these are then yours for the length of the agreement.
Do you offer 12 month agreements?
Yes we offer flexible agreement lengths; from 12 to 36 months. Our aim is to provide our customers with hassle free, value for money cleaning services, so you will want to stay with us for a long period of time.
What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide a large tailored range of cleaning services depending on the customers’ requirements. We deal with high end customers who require smart designer units to complement their washrooms, right through to customers who are working on a budget.
What is the duty of care?
The Duty of Care Act 1991 states that all offensive waste (sanitary/medical/nappy) is to be managed from point of origin to disposal. There is a responsibility for an employer of a company any size to adhere to these legislations for the welfare of their employees, visitors and customers. The waste is to be carried and disposed of by a licensed waste carrier to complete the Duty of Care. We are a licensed waste carrier, issued by the Environment Agency to fulfil all these guidelines.
