In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we guarantee to call you within 48 hours of your order and offer you an alternative product or delivery time.
Our carriage charges are as follows:

- Standard (Mainland UK) - £8.50
- Offshore (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) - £39.95

Returns policy
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all equipment. Should you not be satisfied the goods may be returned to us but need to be in their original condition, along with the invoice. Some of the larger commercial and industrial equipment may be subject to a re-stocking charge.

Should you prefer we will Pro-forma the invoice on receipt of order. Cheques payable to Janitorial Direct Ltd and post to Janitorial Direct Ltd, Unit 2, Redsands Road, Churchfields Business Park, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, UK, DY10 2LG. Goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared.
Credit facilities are available to Local Authorities, Prison and Charities who submit a purchase order number. Account facilities are available for regular ordering, following completion of our account application form which will be forwarded to you.
