With an easy to install system, the number of flushes can be controlled by a pre determined setting. This intelligent system can decide when more or less flushes are needed, and increase/decrease the amount accordingly (i.e. through the morning hours in a pub, the system will reduce the number of flushes).
This system can be combined with odour control systems which will enhance the washroom experience.
These systems are installed and maintained by Janitorial Direct on a rental agreement.

The Water Management System
The Janitorial Direct Rented Water Management System ensures that urinals fed by a header tank are always fresh and presentable.

Other water management systems available today rely on changes in water pressure to activate the flush mechanism. Achieving the correct water pressure at precisely timed intervals is virtually impossible to control and so flushing become infrequent or doen not happen at all.

Dispensers That 'Talk' To Each Other
The Water Management AutoFlush can connect to the AutoSanitizer Hygiene System to provide the AutoHygiene System, combining even greater water savings with automatic uric scale removal.
15-Minute Uric Scale Control
The AutoSanitizer biological formulation has the highest concentration of uric scale eating bacteria. Once introduced into the urinal, it takes 15 minutes for the 'friendly' bacteria to activate and start breaking down uric scale. By flushing every 30 or 60 minutes, the bio not only has time to work, but the bacteria colonies double in number, making them twice as effective.
