The Sebo Dart with UHS vacuums and polishes:
The suction unit removes fine particles, leaving the floor dust free, whilst the highly efficent 2000 U/min Ultra High Speed (UHS) floor polisher creates a brilliant gloss surface. The result is a spotlessly clean floor which leaves even small areas looking clean and bright- ideal for medical practices, hotels, shops, nursing homes etc
Of course appearances aren't everything. Using the UHS floor polisher will also create a protective coating for the floor, when used with an appropiate floor maintenance product. The ultra high speed action causes the ingredients in a floor maintainer to bond together to form a new surface. Using the UHS polisher at regular intervals will maintain this protective player, sealing any scratches and microscopic cracks in the floor which could otherwise hold dirt and moisture. The floor will not only be clean and hygienic, used regulary it can also prolong the life of the floor. 

The Sebo UHS adjusts the floor pad automatically to the floor surface. The patented torque sensor contantly monitors the floor pad and raises or lowers it to achieve optimum  performance. It also protects the floor, it will instantly lift the pad if the resistance is too high, for example if the pad has been pushed onto the carpet. This makes the Sebo UHS both safe and easy to use as the machine will not try to twist out of your grip. In addition, to ensure even the finest dust is removed , a suction sealing strip is fitted to the base of the UHS. 
Unlike other polishers which have to be forced to change direction, the Sebo UHS will move about with ease. The flexible swivel neck enables the machine to be steered around obstacles with minimal effort.
The Sebo UHS is an intelligent machine. The green LED light indicates that the UHS is operational and everything is ok. The red LED light comes on if the machine has shut down for safety reasons, such as a blockage.
3 high quaility castors, soft coated to protect the floor and supported by stainless steel shafts, ensure the Sebo UHS runs smoothly over the floor. The two rear castors swivel through 360 degrees for manoeuvrability whilst the middle castor stabilises the UHS and enables it to stay on course.

Initial Cleaning
Before using the Sebo UHS for the first time please clean the floor thoroughly. 
Add some floor maintenance product to the water as per the manfacturers instructions, if required. Before polishing please ensure that the floor is completely dry.
Apply an appropriate floor maintenance product in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Move the Sebo UHS slowly over the floor in a regular motion.
